Standard IT Invoice Terms & Disclaimers
- Hardware Warranty & RMA
All hardware, components, and peripherals are covered strictly by the original manufacturer’s warranty from the date of delivery. We will assist with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) claims during the warranty period; however, final repair or replacement timelines are dictated by the manufacturer. The warranty is voided by physical damage, liquid damage, power surges, unauthorized tampering, or improper environmental conditions. - Software Licensing & Compliance
All software applications, operating systems, and digital licenses are provided in accordance with the respective software vendor’s End User License Agreement (EULA). The client is solely responsible for maintaining their license keys, account credentials, and ensuring ongoing license compliance. We assume no liability for third-party software audits, subscription renewals, or compatibility issues following the completion of the setup. - Limitation of Liability for Data Loss
While we exercise the utmost care during system migrations, server configurations, and hardware installations, the client is solely responsible for maintaining independent and up-to-date backups of all critical data. We shall not be held liable for any data loss, data corruption, or resulting business interruption under any circumstances. - Post-Handover Support
Unless a specific, active Managed IT Services or Maintenance contract is in place, any on-site troubleshooting, remote support, or system reconfigurations requested after the successful handover of the equipment will be subject to standard billable service rates. - Retention of Title
Ownership and title to all hardware and licenses listed on this invoice remain with our company until the invoice is paid in full. We reserve the right to reclaim any unpaid hardware or suspend related digital services if payment terms are not met. - Payment Terms & Late Penalties
Payment is due strictly according to the terms stated on this invoice. Overdue balances may be subject to a late payment penalty of 1.5% per month (18% per annum) or the maximum rate permitted by law, whichever is lower, plus any collection or legal fees incurred in recovering the debt.
